By scheduling a pickup, you agree to have your items collected, cleaned, and returned as per the details you provide. You must ensure garments are ready and accessible at the scheduled time.

3. Payments

All payments made through our website are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways. Prices are disclosed prior to checkout. Services may be withheld until payment is received.

4. Refunds & Service Claims

If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours

of service completion. We may offer a redo, store credit, or refund at our discretion. We are not liable for:
